This is an 18+ event only.
If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to prove that you are aged 18. If you are under 18, you are committing an offence if you attempt to acquire alcohol.

The event will last for approximately 30 minutes.
Please arrive at the time stated on your ticket. Please be aware that you won't be admitted before this time.
If you miss your timeslot, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, in peak times we may not be able to do so.
Anyone arriving after the stated attraction closing time will not be admitted and will not be eligible for a refund.
Yes, but this will be subject to availability.
We strongly advise you pre-book to ensure your time slot. We cannot guarantee entry if you attempt to book in person, particularly during peak periods.
The usual London Dungeon shows are not included in this event.
Please note this event is different from our usual show, and there is a chance you may be lightly touched by our actors during the experience.
There is no cloakroom at the London Dungeon.
We do not accept suitcases or large items of hand luggage into this attraction. If you arrive with these items, you will be directed to a left luggage service. The closest are at the London Eye ticket office or Waterloo station.
Handbags and backpacks up to a 30litre capacity will be permitted.
No, you will receive an email ticket which will contain a bar code per ticket purchased and can be presented on a mobile for scanning on entry.
During the event, act reasonably at all times.
The London Dungeon reserves the right to refuse admission to the attraction, ban from entry to the attraction, or remove from the attraction without any right to a refund:
- Any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other guests or staff.
- Any person who uses violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour or in any way behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace.
- Any person who is visibly under the influence/drunk.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of this event, this event is not wheelchair accessible.
Wheelchair users can still enjoy our regular London Dungeon tour, which is separate to this event.
