The Amsterdam Dungeon offers a thrilling and immersive 'walkthrough' experience using a fantastic cast of actors, special effects, and cinematic sets. In a 45-minute tour, we bring Amsterdam’s dark history to life in a SCARY FUN way—you’ll see, hear, touch, smell, and feel the past like never before.
The Amsterdam Dungeon is part of Merlin Entertainments Group, which operates world-famous attractions such as Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, and LEGOLAND, among many others. Our mission is to create unforgettable experiences for every visitor with outstanding personal service.
WHO ARE YOU
As the face of our attraction, you greet guests with a big smile, provide top-notch service, and help create an unforgettable experience. You’re a team player with a commercial mindset, always ready to introduce visitors to our latest products.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Scarily good customer service skills
- Outgoing personality—you easily connect with people and love interacting with guests
- Sales-driven—you have a natural talent for selling and see targets as an exciting challenge
- Fluent in English; basic understanding of Dutch (additional languages are a plus)
- Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
- 18 years or older
- Stress-resistant and able to perform under pressure
- Preferably living in or near Amsterdam
- Available 2 to 5 days per week, including weekends
